We are NOT real estate agents. We are real estate investors. The difference being…they want to sell your house, we want to BUY your house.

What will I be charged for your services?

Absolutely nothing! We charge no fees or commissions of any kind.

My house needs some repairs, will you still buy it?

YES! Put away your tools and your checkbook, we’ll take it from here. Big repairs or small repairs won’t scare us away. We BUY AS-IS, any condition.

What size houses do you buy?

We buy all houses, big or small.

Who pays closing costs?

Typically we will pay all closing costs. We find that this helps our clients tremendously.

What if the foreclosure process has begun on my house?

We are able to deal with lenders and sometimes are able to postpone the sale date in order to create a solution that is fair and equitable to all involved. We work quickly to find a winning solution that helps to relieve some of the fear and anxiety that comes with being in foreclosure. Time is your worst enemy right now, act quickly! It’s not too late to save your credit.

Why do you need all of the information on the questionnaire?

We want to make you a fair offer for your house, as quickly as possible. In order for that to happen we must know details about your home and mortgage so that we are able to construct an offer that is suitable to everyone.

How quickly can you buy my house?

Very quickly. We can buy your house in less than a week if necessary. We are able to do this because we don’t rely on banks to give us the “go-ahead”. We use our own private funds. We also work with title companies that realize how important it is for us to be able to offer you a quick sale, if that’s what you wish.

What if I want to sell you my house but I don’t want to move out immediately?

We are very flexible, if you want to sell in a week, month, or even several months, it’s not a problem. You choose the date.
